I am getting good salary that is the only good thing All good things a suddenly vanish with new management

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

...arted a Carrier fare in which now M1 grade staff will also be able to earn more. Though salary is very less and no conveyance expenses are given to staff.

I would like to add some points for this: 1- growth 2- conveyance expenses not given 3- they give too low package to staff coming from out of location.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

Dislikes

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.

- poor benefits - poor compensation and variable structure(ex no pro rata variable payout) - poor medical insurance coverage - poor processes and tools - poor culture overall
