... work is too hectic. Always shortage of staff...... Work load is too much.. Salary what u get is peanut but work is way more than that.

HR policies are not good on salary basis,at the time of my salary hike they said something and I received something else,they have cheated.

You can balance your work n personal life to some extent.

1. Very interested security in job even you perform bed of internal issues. 2. Very low salary, increment, incentives 3. You can not get incentives bed of so many conditions... And penalty 4. Rating n incentives calculation ll c Hf angel after the date expiry. So u can't do anything thing. 5. Too many con call.. 6. List is never end....

I had a good experience working with my team members and salary was not more as was just started my career at that time and its environment was very good with colleagues and bank given me nearest branch for me to travel up and down and there was a work life balance in my working days with ing vysya bank

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff
