Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst place for working, highly pressure from senior level , branch manager abusing to employees, if you not able to serve business they told why are you living you should be dead , one day not do business any time they call to meet with area manager till 9pm , they scold and no support from supervisor full politics no meaning of team work supervisor support only there favourite employee all businesses give to them only. Don't go with this worst bank.

If you are working with kotak forget about work life balance, no compensation for either you work for extended working hours working holidays and neither they consider all your extra work when you sit for appraisal. Even if you are in desperate need of job and want to switch I am sure you will switch within a year as I have seen this while working with kotak. But if you want a stable job yes you can stay here without expecting good appraisal and long working hours and extra working days.

I spend 18 months with this bank, overally it was a good bank. But providing salary and compensation is not good and company products categories are too many.

Salary and Compensation was not satisfactory, Life Insurance and General Insurance pressure beyond imagination.

Poor salary , Pay hikes are meagre, the last 3 years , average pay hike is 4.5- 5% . There is nothing much in terms of employee benefits. Health insurance is Co pay of 30% and also premium is deducted from your salary.
