...ness is made at the expense of both Front line executives and the end customers. Team Managers in Bangalore Location for the Salary Department are the most horrible both in managing resources as well the bad behavior of the senior managers. Worst company to work.

Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst place for working, highly pressure from senior level , branch manager abusing to employees, if you not able to serve business they told why are you living you should be dead , one day not do business any time they call to meet with area manager till 9pm , they scold and no support from supervisor full politics no meaning of team work supervisor support only there favourite employee all businesses give to them only. Don't go with this worst bank.

You get a lot of learning exposure. Job security is very good. 5 days working benefit. Overall a great experience.

Dislikes

Newly recruited person are taken for high salary where as existing employees do not have the value. Work for 2 years and change the company we ll have dignity then. Wen required sales and when required service changes in sop very frequently. We end up learning n experience all these as well.

...berty. U can work from anywhere in the World 🌎. M1 or more laptops. Average: Salary will be 20% hike from last job, it's fixed and doesn't depend on current position. Performance bonus 10% base at end of year.

...e (not parents 😭). No own office, using Wework space. No wfh setup allowance. All allowance are part of base salary, they played well on this 😂.
