I'm working from kotak 2021to still, it's more comfortable office to me with supportive team and management

Actually I'm working at kotak for past 3 years when I join here my salary monthly 12000 , 3 years gone and also march 2023 I got promotion as a team leader, I given good support to my team also given good business but still I didn't get hike and 12000 only I'm getting. So i need salary improvement for my effective work and do the needful

I work in Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Sales Department. Higher officials give unnecessary pressure to Telecaller for sales. They follow up every two hour in a day for sales. Because of this many of Telecaller is suffering from migrane, headache, etc.

Amazing work culture and everyone is helpful. Best thing is everyone right from Juniors/ Freshers can communicate easily with the heads. Down to earth people

Compensation part is something I wish we can get according to the work we are assigned.
