...nd culture. teammates are supportive and managment is very good and transparent. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is good option if you are a fresher with average qualifications and need to earn experience. But if you are experience one then this not an option for you.

Dislikes

Their management is sucks, they need to improve their HR policy and at least provide employees salary on time. They have to distribute work as per the employee experience and expertise.

The work culture and environment is unhealthy, with excessive micromanagement, office politics, and lack of support from HR and superiors. HR is unresponsive and ineffective, ignoring concerns and failing to provide solutions. Concerns are consistently dismissed, and growth opportunities are scarce.

It is indeed nice workplace. Colleagues create positive atmosphere, fostering collaboration & teamwork. Management has been always very approachable, open to hearing our ideas & provides guidance. Company's dedication to quality and pursuit of excellence motivates us to consistently deliver best.
