...month from penedemic start in India. They layed off me without any intimation. In penedemic situation , how I can survive without salary. My single source of income was my salary. This is very bad experience about Kohler. Kohler should support their employees but they shocked me and other colleagues how were layed off at that time. Shame on you and your group. ...ing in kohler, work harrasment is there, no personal time, no work life balance. Don't fall in trap due to package. Few Managers are forcing to work on weekends also. Micro Management.

Management is very toxic and can’t avail company benefits given to us like leaves and all. Weekend working extension..can’t use comp off…no trasperency in data.managers puts allocations without data..humiliating behaviour of managers of AMER team
