...month from penedemic start in India. They layed off me without any intimation. In penedemic situation , how I can survive without salary. My single source of income was my salary. This is very bad experience about Kohler. Kohler should support their employees but they shocked me and other colleagues how were layed off at that time. Shame on you and your group. Management is very toxic and can’t avail company benefits given to us like leaves and all. Weekend working extension..can’t use comp off…no trasperency in data.managers puts allocations without data..humiliating behaviour of managers of AMER team
