There is unnecessary pressure of each and everything. Nothing can be trusted here as the employee job depends on the NSM point of view and it changes every month as per his discussion with RSM. The Leader (NSM) is not skilled and talks very inappropriately in some different language of Bihar. Having 2 unnecessary Heads for Retail & Project, Its so funny to see them working as they really don't know anything but still pretending and acting like a great philosopher - hahaha. Managers are only to take report 3 times in a day and not a penny support in terms of your achieving your parameters.

1. Work life balance is next to bizarre. 2. Senior managers only care for reports. 3. No team support or collaboration between different vertical. 4. No job security. 5. Very difficult to learn and understand the product and process.
