This is very bad experience about Kohler. Kohler should support their employees but they shocked me and other colleagues how were layed off at that time. Shame on you and your group. Global MNC. Good salary and expenses are timely paid.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.
