Worst company of IT specifically there don’t prefer the experience over salary. Worst Manager Mr.Sandeep Chandi (IT) and Tarun Jain, keep urself always from him if you want to have an career in that company. He doesn’t prefer girls for IT just bcz they can’t stay at night.

Worst IT dept Manager, Worst DB team leader, Worst IT team director don’t complain else they will make you leave forcefully.

... experience and releaving latter on time. Behaviour and management was very bad. Yes only I got my salary on time but otherwise overall experience was very bad. There had no career opportunities. politics was too high. There had no job security and drop facility was really poor. We complaint for multiple time but still they was not changed their policy. There have no needed to complete appropriate degree to make ur career as a HR or IT. Just you also can imagine about the organisation.

...xperience for 3 months should also have right to gave a test for the promotions. And I have rejoin th kochartech so now they should gave best salary inbetween like 15k to 20k. And I think that they should also promote me as a team leader or hr.

Management is very bad... These Quality things are very bad it demotives agents who works there... well yes it a good company but need some improvement.
