Worst management and HOD of R&D is very worst. Salary deductions are most common. Even for one month I didn't receive my complete salary. Career growth and skill development words are not in their dictionary.

No job security. Worst HoD in R&D. Salary deductions. Karnataka partiality clearly resembles in R&D department. Your career will spoil for the number of days you works there.

Releaving process is too fast as comparing to other companies

... process,no system, unskilled plant managers and Head's(No relevant experience). No Job security ,and salary structures too poor. Heavy pressure for all the employess including low grade employees. No timings ,and No OT's. Finally management decisions are too harsh. Please Enquire before joining to the company.

Nothing to like, Everything bad, If you want to join this company 1000 thinks before joining. 0 to 3 month max. you will fire by the management. location is also so bad.
