Company policies are good, They giv salary on time but not give your offer salary. All time te deduct some minimum amount

Worst management and HOD of R&D is very worst. Salary deductions are most common. Even for one month I didn't receive my complete salary. Career growth and skill development words are not in their dictionary.

Dislikes

No job security. Worst HoD in R&D. Salary deductions. Karnataka partiality clearly resembles in R&D department. Your career will spoil for the number of days you works there.
