Unnecessary Pressure: The manager places undue pressure on the team, which can create a stressful work environment. Poor Leadership: These factors contribute to perceptions of poor leadership, which can lead to team dissatisfaction and high turnover. Due to this reason, employees leave their jobs.

Starting salary will be negotiated well if you get low salary, increment will never satisfy you. Alternate Saturday off. Salary standard are very poor as compared to market standard.
