*this is what I dislike* The work is okay, the company never agrees with their mistake, and the salary is not the same they said they will pay when we get interviewed and hired , when asked they avoid the question itself, it's a sales job so the data will be not good and they expect way too much outcome from the data they provide, as of the events, fund will be collected from the employees only and manage to host a event , making a career will be quite tough on here compared to other sales feild, and they speak at if they are helping us by hiring us, anyone with self-respect will quit here.

Those who don't like staying at home can work and be productive.

...e. Have general Shift. Very flexible timing for ladies employee. Salary on time. We get the other statutory benefits including in salary package. Given task is easily done . Can balance work n home work.

Salary is the only one thing which is postive over there. you will get salary during 1st most probably.

Of course sales so work 24*7. It's accreditation and everything were expired during 2022 . But still working on the expired thing. Work security were not there. They can ask you to get out any time. internal politics were also there. Great pressure will be there if your payment is a reason.

Assigned works can complete very easily. They have a general shift,were all can work flexiblility. Especially ladies employees can work very comfortably. They have a very supportive management as well the team manager are very cooperative and supportive towards all the employees, they have a the best Trainer to mould one and bring the best out of them. A beginner can learn n enchace their career. Best place to work .

...action is guaranteed. Working environment is awesome. Wonderful colleagues. Timely salary even during the pandemic situation. PF and ESI benefits are provided which is really good. Excellent management who is always supportive and are always with the employees. Fixed work timing. Only morning shift and easily manageable especially for ladies. Great work life balance.
