Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.

Appraisal is not at all good. It's seem like we are working at lala company not in limited, No festival celebration no extra activities . Nothing like a limited company

1. Poor price fixing. High prices Compare to compitator companies. 2. Salary will credit on every month on 7th or above. 3. Very limited Expenses for sales team it's only useful for Bellow 15 days. 4. Unstable policies service, sales, DMS. 5. Poor marketing support. 6. Decrepency in claim settlements.
