Where other companies rejected my CV just because of I was not experienced on this post and also my age was not justified to handle this post. Saturday need to be given as a holiday or Half a day working to spend some times with family Holidays are based on Hindu Festivals. Christian & Muslims are dissatisfied with Leave policy and Leave calendar days should be increased Travel allowance should be increased Appraisal and hike should be increased based on their performance
