You will hate the company and its work culture from the day 1,so nothing to like about it.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture and hierarchy, you will get into a new team every 20–30 days, cause no one stays more than 1 month. The team that made Keka what it is now, is no more exists, I would not recommend anyone to join this company if you are looking for a good work culture and great work-life balance.

It was amazing when I Joined, but now a lot of changes are made. It's become more of a b2c micromanaging company. We need to log in and out in office. Finish 9 hours. Timings are too strict. I'm still trying to understand my senior management. They're tough to understand. Overall, I've had a good experience so far.

Dislikes

Salaries are avg for the non tech teams and incentives are bad. Work from office mandatory. No outings at all. They just took us for a 3 hours outing.

Too much work pressure and if taken wfh or leaves, they treat u like criminal and always try to low self confidence. Management is worst and there is so much negativity in the work environment .

Dislikes

1) Employees are so indisciplined that they don’t work on weekdays and come on weekend for office work 2) Core founding members of organisation personally do micro management in so many things 3) Since they got descent funding, and under the pressure of investors they want to showcase good results and hiring in rapid manner 4) The rate with which they are hiring is nothing with the firing employees 5) Work satisfaction is nothing, even after working on key deliverables they don’t give proper appraisal
