You will get forced to work Never get salary in time Useless deduction No proper maintenance of guest house Employees are very bad They will give accommodation (guest house) to stay but no cleaning no maintenance and if you go for a complaint they will quarrel Admin is very bad No vehicle facilities even in emergency

...ppraisal, at the last level of appraisal the things change without transparency. Pay scale is less than industry average but the creamy layer and favourites get excellent pay. Although there is show off in learning and development, the actual training ratio is too low. At corporate office cafeteria is average but at other offices is is worst.

KEC is limited company but company Rules regulations and culture is very bad just like Lala Company Culture, salary Increments is very poor, there is not any scope for Skill Development. No Job security.

One thing which i really want to do is - to say thanks to management for giving salary on time during this serious pandemic situation.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is really slow. Management is considering the promotion to only professional degree holders but what about the executives who works hard for company and giving their 100% for company growth.

GROWTH :- It's Managers Company. You should have atleast one quality to Survive Longer With Consistant Growth : 1. Possess Professional's Degree, no matters how much knowledge you have. 2. You should always be in Good Books of your BOSS Having both is JACKPOT... CHALLENGES :- Some "BOSS KA CHAMCHA" kind of people think that they have more powers than CHAIRMAN Of Company. They are surviving without knowledge, doing nothing entire day, sitting ideally, busy in gossips & making plans to create Hurdles for Teammates, always intended to get constant growth. These rubbish people survive on due to above mentioned qualities. And Company Pay Them Healthy Perks Neglecting Their Deeds. APPRAISAL SYSTEM :- You Can Crack Duckworth & Lewis Formula but can Never Crack APPRAISAL Formula Designed For Employee. No Basis, No Wattage On Work Contribution Basis... REWARDS & RECOGNITION :- Again You Have To Be In Good Books if you want to be Recognised. Outstanding Contribution & all requirements are only like Posters Not Parameters...
