1. Salary come on time at every last day of month. 2. Job security is good.

I dont know about other SBU but in civil 1. There are no fix working hours ur manager will ask to work 12-14 hr 7 days a work. Even on festivals like diwali. 2. At my site Appraisals are given so less that if they were not given then it would be better. 3. In civil SBU when you will write 10 emails to HR then also you will not get a single line reply

You will get forced to work Never get salary in time Useless deduction No proper maintenance of guest house Employees are very bad They will give accommodation (guest house) to stay but no cleaning no maintenance and if you go for a complaint they will quarrel Admin is very bad No vehicle facilities even in emergency

1. They actually take care of employees. 2. Policies are employee friendly. 3. Salary is on time. Note: I'll not comment about appraisal system, as I'll be going to face my first appraisal in KEC International. So, I don't have past idea about KEC International's appraisal system.

1. Medical insurance coverage is too low. 2. Family accommodation not provided by the organization. Only guest house provided for bachelors.

Top management team's representative are not working for the process and policy of the company they are working for Thierself and accordingly they want to put the things from top to down level.

Culture - No development and growth Age old leadership mindset of Business Heads and toxic in few BUs Long timers in middle management unwilling to change with fixed mindset and toxic in few BUs Indifference to overseas operations and employees Disconnected HR leaders driving their own agenda from ivory towers Way too much politics Worship individual in powers and anything is possible Too much centralization reducing speed of decision making and disempowering Frontline leadership across levels Leadership operates on perceptions and hearsay alone Values NEW HIRES from campuses disproportionately irrespective their caliber and looses them regularly despite as against experienced professionals
