In Same grade payscale having huge difference. Management is very weak about recruiting and organisational chart is very poor, keeping only managers are not going to help in the site progress, Supervisor and foremans are also required at Construction site. Setting always impossible target by the planning team, donot have any field experience, but having more power and package. Need to throw them out first if the company want project profit. Getting Humiliation by the team as well as from client for that impossible targets (doing back calculation only) setted by planning manager. No support from Higher management or coordinator after addressing the issues. Only buttering and false commitments is happening at this particular site. Otherwise all things are good in this company. For company I have only good views only. But for some peoples only company is losing its fame.

KEC INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD. In this company salary is paid on time and it provides vehicle facility to go to the site and also provides guesthouse for staying.

There is no increment in the salary of B4S in Case International Pvt Ltd company

Salaries and Benifits are on time . 1st of Every month salary will be deposited.

Vendor payment huge delayed. Procurement process are very slow which leads to delayed the projects and Site people gets suffered for that. No vendor relationships and trust is there hence arranging vendor at site is very difficult. PM doesn't have any PO approval authority at site level . No loose cash or funds available at site level to manage the misc activity which leads to panic for Senior people at site. No learning and development for employees.

KEC is a good organization. It's employee friendly and promote diversity. Have seen people rising up after getting internal opportunity. Work life balance may be more on corporate offices than at site. But management is encouraging. They are improvising various HR practices gradually towards betterment. Happy to be here.

Dislikes

... cash for smooth inflow in the project. This brings pressure from top to bottom. Less basic salary and high retention. Rest is all good.
