Nothing to like. No work life balance, low salary, low increment, no exposure to develop. Work calls on weekend even though they mention it as week offs. No support from management. They expect you to work 24×7 with minimum labor wages level. Entry time fix, exit time is not fix.

Every month Salary gets credited on time. During pandemic and while increasing corona cases they allows employee to WFH

Dislikes

No work life balance, designation wise salary structure not defined(means AM is getting less salary than sr executive), some higher management people talks rudely with middle management employee, dept head asks to work on Saturday also even though there is weekly off on every Saturday.

Culture - No development and growth Age old leadership mindset of Business Heads and toxic in few BUs Long timers in middle management unwilling to change with fixed mindset and toxic in few BUs Indifference to overseas operations and employees Disconnected HR leaders driving their own agenda from ivory towers Way too much politics Worship individual in powers and anything is possible Too much centralization reducing speed of decision making and disempowering Frontline leadership across levels Leadership operates on perceptions and hearsay alone Values NEW HIRES from campuses disproportionately irrespective their caliber and looses them regularly despite as against experienced professionals

Timely salary credited everytime.

Dislikes

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Good working culture HR & top management is friendly

Dislikes

Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.
