Good job security. You would get sufficient work life balance if based out of head office and depending on your team.

Career growth and skill development pportunities are few. Salary is below par for engineering roles, though decent for managerial roles. Huge communication gap between HR management and employees. Work culture is ancient and visible reluctance to change can be observed. Notice period is too long. Gender bias can be observed in few instances.

0 work life balance Compensation,benifits and propmotions just for name sake Promotions, package, compensation is ok, if you have your known sitting at higher position. Very slow growth

Culture - No development and growth Age old leadership mindset of Business Heads and toxic in few BUs Long timers in middle management unwilling to change with fixed mindset and toxic in few BUs Indifference to overseas operations and employees Disconnected HR leaders driving their own agenda from ivory towers Way too much politics Worship individual in powers and anything is possible Too much centralization reducing speed of decision making and disempowering Frontline leadership across levels Leadership operates on perceptions and hearsay alone Values NEW HIRES from campuses disproportionately irrespective their caliber and looses them regularly despite as against experienced professionals

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.
