Go for worst work life balance and leave your sanity at home if you want to work with these people , even if you are sick you have to work they appreciate people working from hospital and actually promote such work

Dislikes

No process In case of a customer facing role( implementation, support and success) you have to coordinate with tech and product team which is a pain in itself. Most of them are rude and you to after them to discuss the requirements. There was a new leadership team that was hired in May post funding. All the VPs hired have left in less than 6 mon including the one who was there for 5+ years. You will only have to face escalations as tech points are always delayed and mostly by months. The platform is quiet unstable and lot of recurring issue occurs. Sometime it takes months to resolve P0 issues. No hybrid model In case someone from product team is required over a client call trust me its an herculean task to set up a call. You have to beg them for it. In case you take approval then you have to ask for the time, in case you see a empty slot on their calendar and book a slot, they will never join. Yoi need to ask first before booking . How pathetic is this The company is very tech team centric and not customer centric

only salary on time but still it's very less not sufficient.

Dislikes

job is not secured, anytime you can be fired, no training, no motivation, every day shouting with employees. when I asked for hike salary after 2 years working they terminated me.
