Some unit salaries are very low compared to others as per that locality average salary for both 12hrs and 8 hrs.This can be rectified by getting information from the field officer from the ground level before confirming the Final quotation.

They strictly prohibited that there is no work no pay .. not even a single touch like con.call in covid pandemic time. So that's why I leave this organisation. I have totally dissatisfied about this organisation.Company policy are very poor.

This company adopts working culture similar to government bodies which makes employee free and comfortable in working. It readily adopts new technologies as it is in growing phase. Being a part of this organization I enjoyed my teammates support through my tenure.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers don't value an individuals' unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Appreciations is nowhere experienced.
