Except the Compensation nothing else is good,

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

People, opportunity to learn and get visibility on other departments

Dislikes

Salary compensation, they trick you in terms of giving joining bonus, though once it is over it does get compensated with appraisal but in reality you will take home same for straight 3 years and then it will reduce.

Great learning opportunities with excellent compensation.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is missing, HR is non-existent and office politics is worse than anywhere else. The top leadership is abusive and cares little for employees.

Pay was good and benefits were good

Dislikes

Management was horrible they wanted the work to be done but as a people manager we could not tell the team to work on anything. Meeting were scheduled randomly at any time convenient to them it could be midnight or early morning out of the regular work timings. This happened many times

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
