Starting salary is decent, learning in initial stages of employment is good. Helps understand/handle different kinds of people and work methods

Toxic work culture. Workload distribution and management, client management is horrible. Every client is a relationship client, which automatically implies that their demands and needs are to be catered 24*7*365, including holidays and weekends. Physically and mentally exhausting. Expectations from employees to work on weekends "in times of need", which is always.

Poor work culture and behavior issue from management . Treat like student and interfier in personal life and if hr give you for wfh option management didn't give and oppose to did wfh very poor management and work culture also terrible
