Starting salary is decent, learning in initial stages of employment is good. Helps understand/handle different kinds of people and work methods

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Workload distribution and management, client management is horrible. Every client is a relationship client, which automatically implies that their demands and needs are to be catered 24*7*365, including holidays and weekends. Physically and mentally exhausting. Expectations from employees to work on weekends "in times of need", which is always.

Work life balance comes once you have spent atleast a year in the company. Work hours are flexible and so is their work from home policy. Worldpanel division has better culture vs insights division.

Dislikes

Nepotism. Salary comparatively less as per market standard. No work-life balance. No growth and learning opportunity. Differences were observed in JD and Actual work. Unrealistic deadlines.
