...iri, and not when you are a true professional and follow professional ethics. No work life balance, no good compensation. Everyone seems sad and depressed. The seniors are watching you at all times, they are constantly looking at you and watching your move. some seniors are waiting for you to make a mistake and making this a big issue to make you the escape goat for all of their faults and shortcomings. Please don't join even if you think the money is good, it is not because you end up paying hospital and therapy bills.

Pathetic place to work, so much politics, company keeps on searching ways to underpay their employee, senior management is greedy especially in IR

Pathetic place to work , average salary hike is lower than inflation which means every year your salary decreases, lots of politics and management will be a cry baby every year and will make you count company's losses during appraisal. they advice and want work life integration instead of work life balance, new managers are taught to appear genuine rather than be genuine , in front of junior employees

Haha.. there is only one thing that kolkatans like about IMRB International research. All those poor souls who cannot move out of Kolkata..there is a company which would exploit them to death bed in Kolkata. They hire people on basis of whether he/she has any incentive to stay in KOLKATA

0 work life balance. No pay hike. Greedy senior management taking up all hikes from themselves.. people are divorced , paralysed, unmarried due to bad work life balance. management interference in personal life of employees. SPINELESS HR . liar CEO. And a full set of loosers who don't have a life outside office and cannot move out of Kolkata. No medical insurance. Pathetic canteen. 2-5 percent increment YOY for top performers. Your college juniors will earn twice as you in other companies in few years. Kolkata head is the greediest , meanest person you will ever meet. Indonesia cases husband and wife - both work in same office side by side.. it's like a family drama full of vamps and loosers

Great leave policy, but also depends on the manager you get assigned Work environment is quite decent, you have a bunch of young people you'll get to work with Work life balance is better than most other MR agencies

...ion, doesn't innovate too much, not open to taking risks in terms of the work Salary is pretty sad, as are the appraisals, no matter how well you have been graded

Good for freshers to get experience on live projects. Good work life balance but it can vary from team to team. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Very low compensation and annual hikes. No employee benifits on top of CTC.
