...nment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year...

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.

Likes

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.

1.Timely salary and extra allowance benefits. 2. 5 days work. 3.Hybrid work.

1.No work life balance mostly above 18hr of work per day. 2.Tremendous office politics and no skills development. 3. Increment issues and manager work management issues. 4. Taking leave problem. 5. Good for freshers to get experience on live projects. Good work life balance but it can vary from team to team. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
