Only salary on time except incentives and TA

Dislikes

Toxic workplace. Kolkata location "Smiti Banerjee(city Head)" and her servent "Anindita(Assistant Business Development Manager)" both are playing potitics with employees career. Suddenly they terminate employees. One of the worst person "Mr. Niranjan Murugan" who support them. Overall the organization are not for workplace, it's only for politics.

There is nothing to like here except some of my co workers. This company is completely unprofessional organisation.

Dislikes

...also. They have all the rules and regulation in books but do not bother to obey. They even very reluctant to pay your TA also. In Kolkata, they sacked 5 people without any reason ( 2 engineers of my subordinates). This is terrible. Only one psycho management fellow rules the whole project circle. He do not know the actual construction procedure. One of my worst decision to join in this company. If you wants to live everyday in insecurity then you can join this company.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture; Top management is among the worst in the ed-tech sector in the country. Poor in terms of employee benefits (insurance to be paid out of pocket). No leave encashment (forced to work on leaves). No on-job training. First-level managers blame the executives and second-level managers blame the first-level managers and the executives. Forced resignations are the norm. People are often forced to resign even during the notice period (in case of willful resignations). In most cases, once the project is over, employees for that project are forced to resign. Tip: Not bad for short-term employment (less than 1 year). If you join here, keep looking for other opportunities aggressively after six months, even if your job may not be threatened.

Almost nothing to like except good colleagues to work with. No growth whatsoever and extremely biased work culture.

Dislikes

...ple to leave in and out. If you join here, you will be working merely for weeks. Do not choose K12 ever even if they pay a little bit higher than average Kolkata salary in ed-tech. Interviews are fraud, they only hire for emergency situations and ask people to leave when their job is done. You will get nothing but humiliation working with Moumita.

I worked here for an entire one year met good colleagues that is the only pros of working here.

Dislikes

...u work with 100% efficiency, they will not give you increment even after 1 year. They will do fake appraisal meetings and then in the end there will be no hike. You will have to run behind people to get clarity for not getting hike but you won't get an answer for it. The management will force you to shift departments. They will force you to resign too. The higher authority will never let you get into a better designation even if you are capable of. There is no job security as the teams keep on dissolving for no valid reason.
