My job duties and responsibilities are exciting. There is not a single day of monotony in there. Projects and targets are challenging and engaging. They demand constant learning and growing in my role. We get to solve problems a lot of people and every day we get to see new faces and new challenges. The leadership is very experienced. Overall work environment is healthy there. My colleagues are friendly and cordial. They make easy communication and makes you feel that you are a part of the team. You can even approach higher managers for a quick chat. It is very comfortable working here because of my peers. Every tactic and every concern were catered by my training manager, Roshni Saha.
