I believe BYJU'S should focus on filtering and selecting tutors who are truly passionate and capable of teaching students. Additionally, improving their study material content could elevate the learning experience for students even further.

Only the training they give is world class. Otherwise nothing to like.

Every thing in the company is worst. Work culture, company policies are anti employee. No work life balance at all. Worst management. Just a hell.
