The time when I joined byjus at the end of 2019 start of covid was excited to onboard worked hard everything was going good getting incentives which basically in idustry was tough to get that exposure post lockdown went to office started conduction (direct sales) used to get cabs to visit feel amazed hitted 5 lakh per week get top on the chart got promoted in 1- months everything was going good till then after 7-8 month after being as a manager things were start getting worse slowly then had seen many transition slowly hotels and cabs were start getting closed by organisation. Leads issues arised and many more things still we stick to the ethics and hard work we learned in the system after getting worse all the team switched to inside sales working there for almost 5-6 months then switched to Btc worked for almost 7-8 months as area buisness head in time being I got promotion as well but things were start getting even worse when salary start getting delayed and then there was no salary for 2 month. So that’s ok as I had spent a very long duration with the company whatever I had learned I had learned it from this company had given so many things when we were on the peak time. I believe it’s the failure of the management specially on VP level and gm and Agm level where exactly the system crashed....Read More
