The only thing that is Salary, always credited on 1st of every month without incentive and the learning experience.

Dislikes

Many things like there is no fixed day end time, very poor service quality, employees are always forced to do only sales but didn't focus on its quility service. what ever we promise to the customer is never fulfilled by the company. And the work culture is very toxic. On paper monthly Target is 1 L but we forced to do the number every week. And there no job security, company can fire you any time. it's totally depends upon upper hierarchy. Two week off on paper but one day waste in traveling.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

Managers and senior management were very bad they use to abuse and whatever happened to the company it was just because of senior management as the want to earn more and more incentive

I have joined byjus where in my offer later my salary is mentioned to be 17k or now my salary is only 14k. During the training it was said that after 3 months I will get a post csa like this but it did not happen that I got a good salary. Is there any chance of promotion here or not?
