There's various factors are involved to dislike about working at Byjus: i) No work ethics, from the day one they'll train you how to tell lies, trained you to demoralise the students & respective guardians. ii) No Work life balance, day might start at 9 AM but will be ended by the node of ASM & Managers, AGMs. They'll plan a work scenario in a such a way your weekend will also be doomed by travelling or returning from the places you visit for work. No leave is granted, they'll never approve, what it might the reason. iii) Manager, ASM, AGM treat you like a slave. nothing is more important to them rather them the sales figure, either it's by hook or crook. iv) Superiors are abusive, false mouth. v) HRs knew everything, but they are the silent observer, they cant do anything, only they'll do is not to let you leave the job for a certain point of time, cause they are also get incentive from the perk you're generating. The Lists are just on & on.

Salary and benefits are good but when it comes to sales number the manager ask you to pay from your own pocket and punch the order, This had happened with me and i guess this has also happened with each and every BDA in Byju's. I had the worst manager that one could have in his or her tenure in Byju's.

Dislikes

...ur own money to make the sale and increse the sale number, Abusive Work Culture. Salary Deduction without any notice or prior information and your earned leaves are also not approved.

Nothing is good in the company apart from the salary. But some time you feel that the salary is not justified. No work life balance even sometime you need to work in the week off. The managers behaviour is worst
