They give sufficient wiggle room to experiment with strategies but only for a short period of time-2 weeks maximum.

Dislikes

...ves in hiring outside talent rather than promoting from within the organization. Manager is the king - If they are wrong then there is no workaround People got fired for asking "when will the salary be credited?"

...ck out anyway with wrong allegations anytime without given PIP or notice period. They can be offer you a good amount of salary , the reason of you joined their company without verify anything , I suggest if you are fresher then don’t join .. it will be the waste of time . If you are experienced .. then your skills may be ruined.

Dislikes

One of the most toxic work cultures. The business head, although an IIT + IIM dude has no manners to talk to people. He routinely humiliates & abuses people publicly - so much that sometimes being called an idiot may sound like a compliment. He routinely does large scale experiments with high stakes - at the cost of disrupting existing things that seem to be working Okish - and many of them fail. (No dearth of scapegoats though) Hire & fire is the norm here. Teams are routinely fired top to bottom - mostly with accompanying public humiliation. Milder versions of punishments may range from retrospective LOPs (Loss of pay) to fines with may range from few rupees to few tens of thousands. LOP/ Fines seem to be one of the fastest growing businesses of the company. Employee policies are designed assuming that employees are by default, thieves. Top management routinely reneges on its promises & commitments, but for them rules don't apply. Concept of empathy is usually absent. Lot of things they do may be illegal but who will fight - better to spend time and energy in looking for a new job.

No PF , No week offs and main thing manager will not accept leaves even though you're suffering with fever and etc. No work life balance and even on week offs you have to do work from home. Basically it's six days work from office and 1day There is no scope for career growth. And even after the working time, till mid night also you will be getting texts targets works to do and what not. Not only that, morning 7am, again they'll start asking for plan for the day reports attendance and various other reports to send, where as official working time is 9.30 am to 6pm only. WhatsApp is the only mode for communication here, even the official notifications as well will be delivered through WhatsApp, which is very unprofessional.(Note: specially I'm taking about Sales)

Nothing. Don't join this organization.

Dislikes

...e to work on Sunday as well and no Saturday off. This is Hire and Fire company. If they want to fire someone they start blaming that candidate or tell them to abscond so that they don't have to pay them salary. They will also not allow you to serve notice period just to save one month salary. And if any new employee have more salary then Manager then manager behaviour is pathetic against them.
