Employees are heard and problems get resolved quick here. This all was possible because of my manager Amitesh Nalin who was an IIT aumini and my immediate manager.

I started my career in K12 about 5 years ago and the best part of the company is that everyone here is friendly. Whenever I enter my office I have a sense of belonginess. Our Zonal Business Head Achin Kapoor is a really motivating entity, also he is very approachable if we have any requests.

They hired people in Dec, people joined them and left the existing organization on their trust. And company broke that trust within 2 months by laying off them as they wanted to save cost by downsizing the team
