...the mindset of implementing a change but never implementing any change smoothly. They will have quarterly zonal meets where they spend money in lakhs to crores on higher management but will never give hikes or even variable pay. Highly toxic in culture. Arvind is a frustrated Key Person in the organization, he is from IIM but doest know alphabets of change management. Poor implementation processess. This company needs strong HR who should have a say while implementing processes. Also needs a complete revamp in their leadership team. They should start from scratch to make this company sustainable. Company is not transparent, at least to its employees, doesn't even share annual PLs. As per me this organisation seems to running in negative P&L. Think at least 10 times before joining the organisation. No job security.

Variable Pay promised at the company will not be given. No structure in anything. Business head Arvind who is from IIM doesnt know how to implement processes. Without any design for any new process they expect results. Highly toxic in culture. Doesnt spend on technology. Everything is Manual. No benefits (medical insurance, Leave enchashments)

HR operation team are very supportive, salary on time work culture have to develop more, Company mangement team is AWS but if I talk abt individual team no answer if you want to exp then go for it.rest all the company policy is well maintained n good for all the employees

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

...epartment work accordingly they can cut your salary at any point no matters how you work hard for them there is no salary hike no promotion they will give they only hire new people who don't have experience knowledge but they not going to promote you and they will torcher you onces admission season end so you can put your papers no job security they only believe in donkey work no work culture no holiday no leaves on festival and onces you step out from organisation other organisations not consider this organisation experience because you don't learn anything.

There is an atmosphere of tension always in this company.everyone feels they are going to get fired all the time and so It is a highly unhealthy place to work because most of the time everyone is trying to push the next person on his side to push down the cliff.the ones who are there for longer period they are the most toxic and highly incompetent but they are a boss's driver whom the boss cannot fire .Money is important but mental health and toxicity is next level here.I witnessed bad things here .
