The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. And there will be no job security in this company if don't reach you target they just remove you from the Company or they just put to much pressure on you to leave the Company They will be Daily hiring in this Company every month 10 to 30 people join the Company and also 10 to 30 people leave the company

Justdial is very very good company and they approved salary and incentives on time and all benifit available in Justdial medical insurance

you will never earn their loyalty. And once employees decide they have had enough, they will leave in ...

Overall i would say it's okay for just work *Salary on time *TL's are good *Emergency leave approval *No Ot's from few days *Colleague are very friendly

Dislikes

*Too much work load *No fun activities/Team meeting *In 9 hour shift you have to work for 9 hour (30 min. Break including) *Most of the time they won't pay OT, sometimes they pay *Drastic shift rotational (ex: if today's shift is 2pm-11pm then your Tomorrow's shift can be 9Am-6Pm)

To much of pressure from the manager After one month Timing's was extended till 7:15/7:30in the evening Many people leave the company with in one month They said in that there is no target but target is there

I have just completed 9 months here but most of my seniors are working here for more than 7 years so i think actually i feel the job is secure here. Feel pressure sometimes but overall 9 months experience is good for me.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is low here. In some departments there is lot of politics. Hike ratio is too low. Don't have any process ethicates like how to decide a target for perticular process and TAT also.
