Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

In my work profile I well meet at least 7 to 9 people a day. And my experience to meet new people is very good I can understand how to start talk and build personal relation with customer.

...e time our seniors can't support properly. Then can't even agree with own order. Any issues come in future they take step back and said all the mistake are yours you pay for this mistake.

...t experience in this company. No value of consultant. Work pressure was so high. I didn't even get my salary for working in 15 days notice period. Such a shameful act done by your high authority people. No one would like to be part of such organization. Thanks!

Managera and seniors are not cooperative. They didn't provide full salary. Work life balance is tough. Work pressure by seniors. Politics inside office.

Toxic environment, Uneducated sales managers abused and insulted from morning till evening, There is no time limit here, even on Sundays one has to work, There is no value for the employee here, there is never any appreciation, There is no professionalism, it seems like doing labour work

...nguage is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up the sales. If we are not doing salary deduction of 10 days or 15 days work culture is very bad. You can't learn new things zero silks.

The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.
