Here is not any service team to handle the customer and give them best services. A sales executive is play both role in this job which is not possible to make new sales, KPI as well as to provide services to old customer.

Till now I have a work experience of approx 1 year. I was working with chandigarh department. The company brand name was Good. Overall work experience was good. If I talk about my Manager, I learned alot from them. They always teach us how to deal in the market. Teammates was supportive. You always spend your money and time in training first. Company was not giving any reimbursement. Career growth was not seen in this company because the top management was fixed there position.

Dislikes

But if I talk about the cons of the company, there salary, is not good, they can deduct you salary without knowing you. And Managers was focused only and only on new sales. They always push you for sales. Never ever talk about what service you are providing to there previous clients. Moreover not providing enough of time to there executives for dealing or giving services to there previous clients. Growth is very slow. Sometimes you have to work for 10 hrs in a day. No work ethics in company.

It was just valueable in terms of salary and incentives before lockdown .but now their is no job security incentive and salary .

There is No managers support , towards any issues ,always provide unrealistic excuses,trust issues on employees, no job security, no salary no insensitive ..always pressure, interference in life ,

They give salary but they give increment according to there convenience , they always play politics and alwz interested in personal life more then office work

Senior staff which is totally depends on chamcha giri who is doing chamcha giri woh best hai rest people are only staff for them

Toxic environment, Uneducated sales managers abused and insulted from morning till evening, There is no time limit here, even on Sundays one has to work, There is no value for the employee here, there is never any appreciation, There is no professionalism, it seems like doing labour work
