No Support at ground level. Never ending staffing issue. No respect. Delivery boy absent no company control on them. Only they make finger on you as cluster manager what you did for any issues which they also know that it's not in your hand. Your Kra Depends on irresponsible delivery boys who bunk without any information. You have to work more than 11 hrs and even after going home or on weekly off they ask you join meet. They use you till your numbers are good . This company is not for experience and good educated people.

Enormous pressure from management. Every work is considered urgent here Pay parity is not fair. Nothing is good in this organisation No strict working hours. No work life balance Everything good for employees is on paper only and not in real world.

... Only now to shout. Dont have solution for any matter. Only ready to blame you.. before appraisal they will blame you in any issue and will not give you incement and variable pay. Which is actuly your salary part. Upper managment only give better hike to their chamcha. And they want their chamcha in all place.

...different. Ekk din joh parr he nahe auga bina btaye resign accept ho yaa nahe...there are soo many other companies who give better environment nd good salary nd lots of staff..... Domino's mei staff kamm hai nd safai wale bhe nahe hai. I can't work anymore 😭😔😭😔
