No learning in HR department. No one has clue what process need to follow. As all are new employees. HR head is crazy. Only now to shout. Dont have solution for any matter. Only ready to blame you.. before appraisal they will blame you in any issue and will not give you incement and variable pay. Which is actuly your salary part. Culture, our seniors are not co-oprative with us. They want us to do 12-14 hours shift wheather company pays only for 9 hours. And also they don't understand that we also have family and personal life , according to our seniors if there is any issue we are facing with health in our family ,then they don't care and don't approve leaves.

Air talk.no work ethics, no work life balance. Human operated like Robot . After end the shift you have to be there for 1-2 hours extra work without pay

Leaders of dominos are so unprofessional... cluster manager/trainer will come for audit and they only called me n scold as if I'm the only manager in Dimapur1...we have 5 manager in Dimapur1.,..they are so unprofession.because of them I left my job..,..I love the company but I don't like the leaders...In future if the left their job or transfer then I will love to rejoin again.... thank you

JFL don't have lunch time , JFL give 11 hours work but they provide per day 8 hours salary only , the company will playing with workers mental health and physical health also this is my first MNC job but I feel like this is the worst company in handling workers
