Team - CCB Risk, Retail Model development team. Tenure -4 years (at the time of writing) Outstanding Work-life balance, regular training available to upskills, multiple domains to work with. Great for mobility within Risk Management in India. India's Leadership and Senior Management are always approachable and ready to listen to suggestions and provide feedback. Need to improve on medical benefits. They provide wide range of options to choose but comes at a big cost. Competitors offer much better medical policy for parents and OPD benefits. I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me?
