Team - CCB Risk, Retail Model development team. Tenure -4 years (at the time of writing) Outstanding Work-life balance, regular training available to upskills, multiple domains to work with. Great for mobility within Risk Management in India. India's Leadership and Senior Management are always approachable and ready to listen to suggestions and provide feedback. I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?
