Insensitive to employees needs, especially females. No work from home provided out of the blue, misuse of company funds and cafeteria food is not at all healthy. Bad HR services and management is least bothered about our needs.

Salary offerings are good and competitive. Work culture is very nice and you will find all people around you very help full and encouraging . You find peace and calm surroundings untill and unless there is an floor huddle or RNR or any other team meetings and events. Many thing to learn and many opportunities to improve your skills. If you are good at work , punctual, disciplined, focussed and good at improving skills and multi tasking you will definitely see growth opportunities very quickly. Goodies and many more gifts on the way and Sodexo meal coupan which is not included in salary this facility for all the employees except managers and avps Nodal pick up and home drop, no waiting for cabs - cabs are organized in well manner. Hybrid working model- 3 days working from office and 2 days working from home.

Dislikes

Accepts only hdfc account as salary account no alternatives accepted. I havent seen any HR manager live to resolve my query. Hr department is not at all communicative. Biased management sometimes. No work life balance due to lot of work. Sometimes need to stretch.

JP Morgan is a wonderful company when it comes to employee safety and benefits.They are very much supportive in these difficult times of COVID-19 lockdown by giving us salaries on time and also giving extra monetary benefit in the name of covid-19 incentive. They provided us Work From Home facility and ensured we are not affected by this pandemic by working in office environment. They also provided us the food card by giving access for the amount we are entitled to every month by using it for buying groceries. Company also gives us timely advice and precautions on how to handle this pandemic.

Everything is good but it should improve on giving good salary hikes/appraisals. It should also give us an opportunity for international relocation.

Likes

Compensation wise, one of best in market, carrier,promotion wise, not that great place to work. Too much work pressure,best place for freshers to start there there carrier in one of the biggest financial industry in the world.

Salary and compensation is for you to negotiate, they do have a band and if you are naive or unaware they will hire you below the market standards. Work life balance is poor, No proper process training in place, high expectations with low or literally no training. There's no humane in human resources, exit interview is a joke. As a Team leader I'm processing trades and not learning anything about how to manage a Team or leading.
