JP Morgan is a wonderful company when it comes to employee safety and benefits.They are very much supportive in these difficult times of COVID-19 lockdown by giving us salaries on time and also giving extra monetary benefit in the name of covid-19 incentive. They provided us Work From Home facility and ensured we are not affected by this pandemic by working in office environment. They also provided us the food card by giving access for the amount we are entitled to every month by using it for buying groceries. Company also gives us timely advice and precautions on how to handle this pandemic.

Dislikes

Everything is good but it should improve on giving good salary hikes/appraisals. It should also give us an opportunity for international relocation.

Likes

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Flexibility at work, Latest tech, You can learn development if you are at automation work, Managers are good, but ? Job security if you work good.

Dislikes

Salary is less, Promotion could be delayed, Work without salary hike and Promotions.

Likes

Salary work-life balance all are a given in this company. If you work here with a great manager you don't need to switch at least for nest 5 year. no day will be mundane.

Dislikes

IJP is now a tool just to retain employees who are leaving, i would want less on the current manager's involvement in movement, as they try to hinder it by influence to ensure only they have a good employee. IJP is intended for learning new skills but unfortunately that is failing.

Salary and work Life balance is good. Good opertunity for growth and success

Dislikes

All are wrapped up and internal frameworks which we can't use anymore outside of organisations. Personal benefits are very poor compared to compitition.
