Salary - Good

Dislikes

Extreme office politics. You are compelled to compete amongst your own teammates. No good projects. You just keep fixing issues in prod. Strict 5 days WFO. You come back home from office and then work again. The management is old school filled with micromanagers. No amount of mental well-being sessions are worth it and they're all complete BS if you ask your employees to travel to office everyday in traffic.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .
