Work culture, Company policies, compensation, less rigidity, unlike other organizations managers are very tallented here and have full knowledge about the process and they feel happy to help, no micromanagement.

Dislikes

Nothing so far. But PAD policy is bit annoying.

...provided most of the equipment i need to work comfortably and supported all the employees with the extra covid bonus which was good and there was no salary cuts.

Dislikes

Company policy towards FADP and B-school hiered is something which needs to be changed the employees who are hired from other companies should be given more opportunities to grow and salary structure is also different for people who are hired from other companies

JP Morgan always support employee to do something innovative. I worked for the short period but got to learn alot. if i yes, JP morgan is employee centric organization then i wouldn't be wrong.

Dislikes

...ys have lots of work to do.sometimes, I have to work 16 hours straight in a day.Also, the compensation is average and highly depends on the experience and knowledge.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Flexibility at work, Latest tech, You can learn development if you are at automation work, Managers are good, but ? Job security if you work good.

Dislikes

Salary is less, Promotion could be delayed, Work without salary hike and Promotions.
